Group Reservation Confirmation Process

1. To expedite the confirmation process for your group’s reservation, fill out the Group Visit Request form and
1. submit it online
2. print and fax it to 202-334-1548
3. print and mail it to:
   Group Reservations
   Marian Koshland Science Museum
   National Academies – 500 Fifth St., NW
   Washington, DC 20001
4. call the museum’s Group Reservation Coordinator at 202-334-1201 with your completed form in hand
5. email your form to the museum.

If the museum’s Group Reservation Coordinator is not available when you call (office hours: M-F, 9am – 5pm), your call will be returned within two (2) business days.

2. Upon receipt of the Group Reservation Request form, the museum’s Marketing Coordinator will contact you to discuss your request; determine the best available date and time for your group’s visit; and estimate the total admission fee for your group including the required advance payment.
3. Once a group tour date and time is approved, advance payment in full is required. Your group reservation will then be confirmed via email or letter from the museum. Your reservation is not final until you receive this confirmation.

4. Group leaders should maintain a copy of the museum’s confirmation notice and bring it with them when visiting the museum to expedite check-in.
